I think weight loss is something that you need to work hard on because it’s not something that comes easy for most people. I think though best way to lose belly fat has to be focusing on diet and exercise. I think exercise helps but diet is where you get the long term results. I think that belly fat is a real problem in America so many people have belly fat and want to learn how to lose it. Losing weight has a lot to do with eating more food and less fat. People think eating less will help them lose belly fat but this will eventually lead later to weight gain and health problems. You need to get healthy to lose weight not lose weight to get healthy. I think belly fat is something I need to work on losing. I started eating way too much fat in my diet and that caused me to gain a a lot of weight in my belly. I need to work on my diet and walking more to lose this belly fat. If you want abs you want to have really low belly fat to get them. I think working towards losing belly fat is always going to take hard work but it’s worth it to get the body you want. I think that best way to lose belly fat has to be though eating good foods. People eat terribly which is part of the reason people are over weight. I know many people want to take short cuts and do not want to change their diet but doing this is what is going to get you the body you want. I think that stomach fat is something few people want although back in the 1800‘s it was considered a sign of good wealth to have belly fat now people want it gone. Belly fat it’s a problem all over the world so many people are over weight. I think belly is probably one of the biggest problems for older people not as much younger people. I think though best way to lose belly fat I would say has to be exercising more and watching what you eat. I can tell you belly fat is not something I want on my body. I want to have as little belly fat as possible. I think that leg fat is also not something women want but some women have it. I think I’m going to work out more and see if it helps to lose this belly fat. I think so many people have belly fat and need help I think though my own experiences trying to lose weight I can tell other people want to do to get results. I think exercise like resistance training is much more important then cardio because muscle burns calories a lot better long term then cardio. If you do cardio you can destroy muscle gains and if you stop cardio you can gain weight quickly. Muscle will keep you lean longer and lead to other benefits too. I think muscle building is a great idea when it comes to weight loss. Diet is more important but working out will still help you. I think belly fat is something that many people have trouble getting rid of. It’s a big problem for many people and I want to help people lose it so they can be happy with their bodies. I think that when a person has belly fat for the most part they want to lose it for beach season. I think though the best way to lose belly fat always comes back to diet.
